Job Description
We are looking for a funding negotiator or specialist, customer service for Corporate Bank's Auto and Consumer Finance. The task involves providing customer service to OP Corporate Bank's customers in the field of auto and consumer finance throughout the customer relationship. The work tasks include customer service mainly by phone and email, but also in accordance with existing multi-channel operating models - including customer service through chat and online messages.
Requirements
