Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at Opal Autism Centers. Implements treatment plans, collects data, and engages with families. Requires RBT certification, high school diploma, and experience working with children or individuals with special needs.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
