As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement individualized treatment plans, engage with families, and support the development of children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have opportunities for professional development and training.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
- Desire for ongoing professional development and training
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
