Chef De Partie

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at The Broadcaster in London, White City. The ideal candidate has exceptional focus on consistency, flavor, presentation, and cleanliness, and a minimum of 2 years' kitchen experience. As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for ensuring every dish is prepped, cooked, and plated to perfection, collaborating with the rest of the kitchen, and supporting your colleagues to keep everything running perfectly.

Requirements

• 2 years' kitchen experience required
• Exceptional focus on consistency, flavor, presentation, and cleanliness
• Brings energy, focus, and a can-do attitude to every service
• Understands health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene
