Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade at The Lighterman, a dynamic three-floor venue in the heart of London. We're passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking and want someone to help shape our menu with creativity and seasonality.
Requirements
- Strong background in 2 Rosette-level kitchens
- Passionate about British gastro-pub cuisine
- Confident leadership and team management
- Commitment to high standards in taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to act as a strong right hand to the Head Chef
