Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ad Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, working 100% remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.
