We are looking for a Customer Support Employee to take, monitor, and resolve customer questions. You will play a crucial role in the management of the solutions we have set up at our partners.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO education in the direction of MBO ICT helpdesk employee, MBO Allround employee IT, HBO Business Administration, HBO ICT (Informatics) or comparable
- Experience with implementing and/or managing software
- Technical knowledge and experience
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- Knowledge of SQL, SSL (certificates), JVM (Java Virtual Machine), Apache Tomcat, Docker (optional)
