The ADMS Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical execution of Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) projects from planning through cutover. This role acts as the primary technical contact for the customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery for the project.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical, power systems, or computer engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in project engineering, power systems engineering, software engineering, applications engineering, or systems engineering.
- Willingness and ability to work at the office in Medina, MN (4 days in-office).
- Willingness and ability to travel to North American customer sites (up to 25%).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Technical writing and/or public speaking experience preferred.
