Open.cx is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their frontline team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for the world's leading enterprises. The role requires a high-energy individual with strong communication skills, hustle, and adaptability. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the company's growth and will be part of building something that changes how the world's biggest companies serve their customers.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software)
- Communication skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator in both written and verbal formats
- Hustle & Initiative: You don't wait for opportunities—you create them
- Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly based on company needs
- Curiosity & Learning Mindset: Always digging deeper to understand the customer's world and improve your craft
- Organization: Able to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation platforms
- Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and persistent enough to turn 'no' into'maybe' and'maybe' into 'yes.'
- Fluent English & Professionalism: You must possess native-level English fluency with a professional accent and tone, capable of holding high-level conversations with US and EU executives
