AI Adoption, Content & Community Manager, OpenAI for Government

The AI Adoption, Content, and Community Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training and enablement programs, building and stewarding the OpenAI for Government community, and owning government-specific content and messaging. They will also plan and execute government-focused events, highlight and celebrate government "wins," and create recognition mechanisms for government adoption of AI. This role requires 7+ years of experience in technology adoption enablement and training, community management, communications, marketing, education, or related roles, with a focus on AI and complex or mission-driven organizations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology adoption enablement and training, community management, communications, marketing, education, or related roles
• Government experience or deep government adjacency
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to plan and run events that people actually want to attend
• Comfort training and speaking to groups
• Collaborative, low-ego working style
• Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI
• Strong empathy for public servants and respect for the constraints they operate under
• Ability to work cross-functionally and keep many moving pieces aligned
