B2B Marketing Lead, APAC

We are seeking an experienced and versatile APAC B2B Marketing Lead to drive OpenAI's enterprise and B2B marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a critical leadership role for a full-stack B2B marketer with strong regional judgment—someone who can operate across diverse markets, build foundational capabilities, and deliver high-impact programs that support revenue growth and long-term trust.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B or integrated marketing
• Proven track record of building and executing B2B marketing programs
• Strong understanding of APAC enterprise buying dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience working closely with Sales, GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Comms teams
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong stakeholder management and influence skills across cultures and geographies
• Experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, and regional partners across APAC preferred
• Experience marketing AI, developer, or highly technical products
• Familiarity with regulated industries or trust-sensitive enterprise environments
• Prior experience leading regional or global marketing scopes
