Forward Deployed Engineer - Life Sciences - NYC

Forward Deployed Engineers lead complex deployments of frontier models in production. The role involves partnering with customers in the Life Sciences vertical, deploying next-generation AI capabilities, and owning the delivery state across workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
• Customer-facing work experience
• Experience with complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Production-grade code writing and reviewing skills
• Experience with LLMs or generative models and understanding of model behavior
• Ability to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
