The Growth team at OpenAI drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT's consumer and business segments. This role focuses on email, notifications, and lifecycle growth initiatives, utilizing analytical thinking and experimentation to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization. The team will own the end-to-end messaging strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of growth experience
- Deep expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and multi-channel orchestration (email, push, in-app, SMS)
