Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams
- 3+ years managing post-sales technical deployment functions, customer engineering, or technical professional services
- Proven track record scaling technical teams in high-growth environments
- Experience designing or owning coverage models, staffing strategies, and engagement frameworks for post-sales technical teams
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders within complex global organizations
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations
