Job Description
OpenAI is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner to support their Startups segment. This role will drive core operating rhythms, deliver data-driven insights, and lead high-impact projects to accelerate growth. It requires collaboration across Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, and Growth Strategy teams, and focuses on driving efficiency and growth within the startups motion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth tech company
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams
- Exceptional project management skills and leadership experience
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Understanding of the AI landscape
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to operate at high horsepower and work autonomously
