Job Description
The Scaling team at OpenAI is responsible for the architectural and engineering backbone of infrastructure. They design and deliver advanced systems to support the deployment and operation of AI models and focus on research, scaling, and network optimization. This role involves leading system bring-up, testing, and qualification of next-generation systems through hardware evaluations and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of software development experience in C/C++ and Python
- Experience developing and running large-scale distributed AI workloads
- Hands-on lab experience with datacenter hardware
