Head of Legal

We are looking for a London-based Head of Legal to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. As Head of Legal reporting to the CFO, you’ll establish and lead our in-house legal function, shape policy and governance for our international entities, and guide the business through complex commercial, data, and AI-related legal landscapes.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with min 7+ years PQE in-house or private practice (technology/SaaS preferred)
• Previous in-house legal experience within a technology business
• Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and data privacy
• Commercial judgment: keeps the business protected and applies the right diligence, without flagging everything as a risk
• Confident managing broad commercial and corporate matters independently
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, equity schemes, and international operations
• Pragmatic, commercial, and confident advising senior stakeholders
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing priorities
