Job Description

This Senior UX/UI Designer Lead role focuses on driving the design process and executing designs independently, requiring a strong strategic vision and implementation capabilities. The role involves collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to create user-centered designs that streamline data exchange and address real-world challenges in areas like healthcare, finance, and disaster relief.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing complex B2B/SaaS platforms
- Strong design system leadership (3+ years)
- Experience with sprint-based delivery and agile environments
- Developer tool understanding and familiarity with API integrations
- Cross-functional facilitation skills
- Strong written communication skills for GitHub and Slack
- Proficiency in Figma
