Job Description
OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support the daily operations of their global tax function and promote continuous improvement. This role involves preparing and analyzing tax filings, supporting tax audits, and ensuring accurate tax compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Preparation of various global direct and indirect tax filings
- Support preparation of income tax provision, including ASC 740 calculations
- Research opportunities, risks, and other ad hoc projects for strategic business initiatives and tax compliance
- Maintain global product taxability and tax exemption certificates
- Support tax audits and respond to notices from authorities
