Vice President - Product Design & Research

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Vice President of Product Design & Research to lead the product design and research function, shaping the visual identity, designing strategy, and ensuring high-quality creative output for their marketplace and SaaS offerings. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions and a customer-centric approach to research and data analysis. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design with 5+ years in a leadership role building and scaling a large, multi-disciplinary design organization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing long-term design strategy, complex UX solutions, and visual design.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
