Job Description
OPEX Corporation is hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mail opening, document scanning, and material handling equipment at client sites. The role involves customer interaction, equipment performance analysis, and reporting. The position requires a strong ability to perform physical tasks in various environments and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 25 lbs independently
- Ability to maneuver a job site
- Physical ability to lift heavy machinery
- Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, reaching forward
