Job Description
OPIS is seeking a Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on APAC region. You'll identify new business opportunities, research target companies, and connect with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech.
Requirements
- High school diploma or a degree
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, recruitment, etc.)
- Native/fluent Japanese and English with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
