A Legal Technology group is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. You will play a key role in leading and advising on technology solutions across the organization, and structuring, strategizing, negotiating, and drafting a variety of technology agreements.

Requirements

• Strategize, structure, negotiate, and draft various commercial, technology, and software licensing agreements
• Provide contractual and strategic guidance to internal clients
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and legal team members
• Manage a high-volume workload of multiple projects efficiently and smoothly
• Remain up to date on relevant consumer protection, data use, privacy, and data security laws and regulations
