Job Description
Opportunity Builders, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) supporting individuals with disabilities to find and maintain employment. The role involves developing relationships with local businesses, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing direct support to clients, as well as managing a caseload of individuals with varied needs. This position requires the manager to be a liaison between the company and the local community.
Requirements
- Interview, hire, and train qualified staff
- Supervise and provide ongoing development to workforce development staff
- Approve and submit all required documentation
- Coordinate support and resources to meet community needs
- Research emerging trends in workforce development
- Carry a small caseload and provide direct job development services
- Transport participants to job sites using personal and/or agency vehicles
