Job Description
Optima is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance processes and perform maintenance services for their luxury apartment community. The role involves managing service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a career with a design-driven real estate development firm focused on innovation and sustainability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience onsite at a luxury residential property
- Thorough knowledge of preparing for resident move ins and outs, as well as general repair skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
