Optimal Care is a clinician-owned and operated company that provides Physician Services, Home Health, and Hospice Care. We are seeking a Sales Training Manager to develop and implement training programs for our sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospice/home health sales or training
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel as needed
