Home Health Occupational Therapist

Optimal Care is hiring an Occupational Therapist to administer occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient's functional status, develop treatment programs, and communicate plans of care to referring physicians and other professionals.

Requirements

• A graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• 1-year clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
