Senior Director of Program Management

Manage and achieve the segment operating plan to achieve EBITDA expectations, lead and champion key customer relationships, and develop market development plans and strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a P&L and sales management role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business related field
• Good leadership & execution skills
• High degree of integrity, ethics, motivation, organization, energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Office software such as Excel and Power Point
• Experience in fastener industry, OEM account management and multi-national company support highly desirable
