Job Description
Optime Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious private members' club in Henley-on-Thames. The role focuses on supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading a front-of-house team. This is a full-time, permanent contract position with a rotational shift schedule including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for five-star service.
