Optimize is seeking a highly experienced Mobile App Developer to join their technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, focusing on creating innovative solutions and enhancing user engagement. The developer will contribute to code reviews, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on iOS and Android platforms
• Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, or native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android)
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration
• Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and performance optimization
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission processes
