.NET & PowerApp development team Lead

Optimiza seeks a highly skilled.NET & PowerApp Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers in creating innovative solutions using Microsoft.NET technology and PowerApps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in.NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform is essential
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices
• Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Certifications related to.NET, PowerApps, or Agile methodologies are a plus
