Senior quality Assurance

Optiza is seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance professional to enhance their team's quality assurance. This role involves leading test execution, mentoring QA team members, and driving continuous quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring software meets high standards of quality through comprehensive testing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Proficient in test planning, test case design, and execution of tests across a range of applications
• Expertise with automation testing tools, such as Selenium, QTP, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
