Senior System Engineer

Optimiza is seeking a talented System Engineer to design, implement, and maintain their IT infrastructure. The role requires technical expertise, collaboration with software development teams, and a focus on system reliability and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both technical implementation and providing solid support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security protocols
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred
• Familiarity with security protocols
