Job Description
Assist with CRM strategy development, planning and implementation across practice areas and offices. Provide training and support on CRM best practice and create account plans for key clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a CRM/BD capacity in a corporate/professional services environment.
- Previous knowledge of client retention/target program roll-out is preferable.
