Optio Incentives is a company that manages equity compensation plans for companies of all sizes. We're looking for a mid-level or senior front-end developer to help deliver fast, intuitive, and scalable user experiences across our customer-facing applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a front-end developer
- Skilled in building responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and GCP
- Comfortable working in a component-based architecture and managing shared design systems or front-end libraries
- Familiar with working closely with designers and product teams to solve real user problems
- Experience from Fintech is nice to have
