As an Implementation Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that new clients are successfully onboarded to Optio’s platform and services. You will work closely with the Implementation Lead and cross-functional teams to manage data, deliver accurate setups, collaborate with clients, and ensure that each implementation runs smoothly from kick-off to go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business OR 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally from equity compensation administration.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and large-data handling) and strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Highly structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable implementation tasks.
