Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role provides 24 hour a day support to many of our pharmacy and ambulatory infusion suite locations across the country, triaging urgent clinical calls and providing quality customer service during all caller and workplace interactions.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- At least one year of previous call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
