Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in IT recruitment
- Studies in Psychology or related careers
- Experience with IT recruitment strategies, competency-based interview model STAR, advanced management of ATS and ERPs
- Proactivity, excellent assertive communication, negotiation capacity, and results-oriented orientation
