Job Description
On-Site Technical Support Engineer will play a critical role in supporting options trading operations and technology infrastructure. The engineer will work closely with the client’s technology team and other technology professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our options trading platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Technical expertise in 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment, AV troubleshooting
