Job Description
We're looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. As a Support Engineer, you'll take ownership of support incidents, improve the quality of your work, and take emergency call rotations every few weeks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a telco technical role - preferably in Support/Managed Services
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency Linux/Unix platforms administration
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to take emergency shifts every few weeks
