Field Service Engineer

This Field Service Engineer position involves providing support to Optos customer base, installing, repairing, training, and providing remote diagnostics for Optos instrumentation. The role requires ensuring high customer satisfaction and ensuring adherence to regulatory documentation. It is a hands-on role with field work and some computer skills.

Requirements

• Plan installation of new customer sites
• Provide optimum customer satisfaction
• Install, repair, perform preventive maintenance, and retrofit Optos instrument products
• Install and maintain wired computer networks
• Test repaired instruments
• Repair parts on site when needed
• Test and relay field repairs
• Work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively
• Strong team player with flexible attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office applications)
