Job Description
Opus Agency is seeking an Event Technology & Registration Project Manager to lead and oversee both in-person and digital events, effectively managing registration and digital platforms. The role involves client consulting, vendor management, and ensuring optimal attendee experience, working alongside Opus project managers, technical architects, and attendee support personnel. It's a client-facing position with significant responsibility, demanding a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical capabilities
- Experience in corporate events with Rainfocus, Stova, Swoogo, Cvent, Eventbase
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
