We are looking for a senior project manager with experience in the construction industry to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of exterior installation projects.

Requirements

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Evaluate project feasibility
• Support sales representatives in selling complex projects with in-depth expertise
• Develop and track schedules, budgets, and resources needed
• Prepare orders and put production products into production
• Track with suppliers
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work
• Ensure compliance with plans, quotes, and safety standards
• Propose solutions to problems and manage unexpected events
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
• Perform technical measurements on construction sites
