Requirements

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational functions related to accounting
• Supervise monthly closure, prepare adjustment entries, and analyze financial results
• Contribute to various reports for banks and financial partners
• Develop, update, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and trends compared to budget and forecasts
• Produce or collaborate on financial reports required by the finance director
• Develop and maintain solid working relationships with internal departments
• Actively participate in the implementation or migration of the ERP system and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Manage and coordinate the annual budget process for divisions and subsidiaries
• Ensure tax compliance, including preparing and producing government declarations
• Take charge of managing inventory-related elements, exchange rates, and related analyses
• Coordinate external auditor work and ensure their support during audits
