The Customer Success Services team needs an AI Engineer to design, develop, configure, evaluate, monitor and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications.
Requirements
- Design, develop, configure, evaluate, monitor and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications
- Develop innovative solutions to advance the CSS team's operational capabilities and effectiveness
- Create processes, tools, and tests to evaluate and optimize AI responses on customer instances at scale
- Develop monetizable services and build revenue streams around different levels of test, evaluation, monitoring and audit for generative AI authoring, summarization, retrieval augmented generation and agentic workflows
- Maintain close relationships and share information across many lines of business
