Credit & Collections Analyst 1

Timely cash collection of customer accounts, assessing credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action. Responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable, order re-billing, credit memos and handling customer satisfaction issues.

Requirements

• Commerce graduate or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience in same role or in Accounting/Finance
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
• Flexibility to work in Shifts
