Data Center Technician

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team and help operate their data centers on a 24/7 basis. Requirements

• Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware
• Strong interest in learning new DC concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Shift schedule (4 days a week, 10-hour shifts) with weekend and holiday inclusion
• 3+ years working in an IT environment
• Experience solving problems on servers, networking devices, and IT equipment
• Inventory management experience
• Experience taking on-call shifts
• Experience raising issues to senior staff and management
