Requirements
- 10-12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM
- Expert working experience in Modules including Time and Labor, Absence Management, Talent, and Payroll
- Knowledge of HCM Cloud business process and data flow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Client facing experience
- Ability to travel for short and long durations
