Oracle is seeking experienced Implementation Consultants for their Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Consultants will provide end-to-end support, leveraging existing HCM systems and integrating with new solutions. This role involves collaboration with both the offshore and onsite teams and support in various areas such as core HR, payroll, and business operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong skills in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Patterns, and HCM data structures
- Strong PL/SQL skills
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OCI
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and OCI infrastructure
- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
- Communication skills and customer-facing experience across time zones
- Independent work capability
