Industry Solution Leader (Director/Sr. Director) - City & Local Government

Oracle is seeking a City & Local Government expert with a focus on solution architecture and technology innovation to be part of a new team within Oracle Consulting. This role involves leading the development of industry solutions, collaborating with clients and the industry, and contributing to industry strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP, HCM, and SCM technologies, as well as experience navigating regulatory environments like the Public Sector.

Requirements

• 15+ years of delivery oversight of medium to large scale SaaS Cloud implementations with a similar consulting firm.
• Experience leading, solutioning and/or managing Oracle SaaS Cloud Implementations for ERP, CX, HCM, EPM and/or SCM.
• Proven experience managing and motivating a matrixed resources and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid NPIP certification.
